Spinning My First Organized Huge Event- CDO JMA General Assembly

If I'll be asked how was I able to implement it right despite pressures of being a starter or newbie of our organization, I think it comes from enjoying the work while maintaining a positive outlook and good attitude despite challenges and uncertainties and most especially, having faith to Almighty.
As the project head for the 2013 general assembly, I am bound to do all the necessary steps and networks to take and I've been through series of exquisite roller-coaster refining moments just to make this event possible. Here it is:

Cagayan de Oro Junior Marketing Association (CDO JMA) is a unified JMA organizations holding six schools namely Xavier University, Capitol University, Liceo de Cagayan University, Lourdes College, Southern Philippines College and Cagayan de Oro College. It aims to personify excellence and nurture leadership in the field of marketing, thus build camaraderie among its members.
These just measured the level of patience and tolerance I have while organizing this event. I love the sense of fulfillment it gives after all.
Details of the Event
Title of the Project: CDO JMA: A Brand of Excellence
Objectives:
  • To welcome the new and fresh members of the organization
  • To allow the CDO-JMA administration to introduce its upcoming
  •     programs and projects
  • To show or harness the diverse marketing skills of different schools through a healthy competition.
  • To develop an expanded sense of friendship among other schools.
Coming up with these objectives, leads me to implement the event well. Below are happening during the event: All photos are credited to Jemmerson Guinto and Hanna Tuto.

Thank you to all our sponsor, audience, candidates, fellow marketing students and to my working team for making this event possible and worthwhile.
